Return and Refund Policy

We want you to adore your Luna Skin Care purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you're not completely thrilled with your order for any reason, you're welcome to return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

Please note that you'll be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your order, and unfortunately, we can't refund those costs. Returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team; if you send a return to any other address or refuse the order upon delivery, we won't be able to issue a refund. Additionally, please note that we cannot refund the order if the item you received is damaged during delivery or if the package you send for return arrives damaged. We want to ensure that our products are accessible to everyone, regardless of economic background. To help reduce costs and make our products more affordable, the delivered item will not include a logo. Our goal is to provide the benefits of our products to as many people as possible, without unnecessary expenses.
